Steel Pipe
Often seen as welded pipe and seamless piple, shaped in round, square or rectangle. Materials are carbon steel (Q195B, Q235B) and alloy steel.
Seamless pipe are often required in liquid transfering and other high sealing requirements of industrial products.
Welded pipe have less strength than seamless piple. There are two categories in terms of different welding techniques: straight seam steel pipe and spiral welded piple.
Surface treatment for steel pipes are hot-dip galvanization or normal galvanization.
Customized size can be manufactuered in China, and only low cost toolings are required. The lead time is one week.
